1.Reduce the size and the dampness of materials into the ball mill Our primary crusher is jaw crusher 400*600 and secondary crusher is hammer crusher 800*600.Final material size of primary crusher is not more than 40mm,and secondary crusher is not more than 15mm,which is mostly powder. Those equipment make sure the size of material into the ball mill small enough. Beside, the essential work is necessary, for example, keeping the dampness is between 1.5% and 1.8%.
2.Enforce the grinding body management and improve the grinding capacity The dry grinding body can be divided into the round steel ball which is used to crush in the first warehouse and the cylpebs which are used to grind in the second warehouse. So, about the grinding body management we do those work listed below. (1). Improve the loading of grinding body from the original loading which is 31t to 31t. (2).The first warehouse filled with quality steel which has smooth and bright surface, no defect and craze, and no out of shape. After the steel balls have become small, the warehouse should be filled with new balls, which is only large ball. The warehouse should only be clear once a quarter, which is for the reduction of the steel consumption and waste of electricity, which at last improve production. (3).The second warehouse is filled with cylpebs made by conical manganese steel which is made by cold-mold process. Supply the steel ball based on the ball mill output and steel ball consumption which is for improving the quality and quantity of ball mill.
3.Improve the ventilation and reduce the exceeding grinding of ball grinder machine.
4.Improve the structure of ball mill and increase efficiency of powder concentrator Our company improve the powder concentrator from the following points. (1). Reduce the diameter and shorten the height of scatter material cover. (2). Change the blade number from 8 to 4. After the improvement, final size of material can be controlled between 10% and 12%.
